Sept 5th, 2003: Téa du Belle Pratique and her owner Ilija earn her SchH BH title. Piedmont Schutzhund Club trial in Charlotte, NC under SV Judge Bogdan Sergo.

April 2004: Tango du Belle Pratique finds a new calling and begins his training as a dual purpose k9 in NJ.

May 2004: Ulric du Belle Pratique, "Ricky", and his owner, Bessie, earn his SchH BH. Belleville Dog Sport Assoc. trial in MI under SV Judge Ulrich Rottenberg.

July 2004: Ultimo du Belle Pratique, "Bosco", helps the war on drugs on the streets as detection k9 in TN. His first night out he and his handler, John, seized a new Ford F-250 and ten pounds of marijuana. He has twelve seizures to date.

Oct 2005: Zohra van Tessinij's IPO III, "Zohra" handled by Ronnie Weiss qualifies for the AWMA world team headed for Hungary by finishing 3rd at the National Championships.

May 2006: Zohra van Tessinij's IPO III, Zohra represents the USA in Hungary and the FMBB.

June 2006: Ukon du Belle Pratique SchH II, "Jack" and Bob Miller take second place at this years National Obedience Championships, and a new OB3 with an 88/100.

May 2009: V'Caesar du Belle Pratique, and Reed Raleigh earn another SchH III at the AWDF National Championships in Lehigh Valley, PA with a Score of 90-91-93a/274 for a 17th placement out of 57 competitors.

The Fayette County Coroner’s office requested the assistance of John Ackerman, Westmoreland County deputy coroner and his 5 year old cadaver dog, Hanna in finding the body of a victim killed overnight in a house explosion. The body of 78 year old Dorothy Ward was discovered underneath the rubble at 4:42 p.m. by the dog shortly after arriving on the scene Saturday afternoon at 192 Rocky Ridge Road, Saltlick Township to conduct the search. Roger Victor, field investigator for the coroner’s office and deputy coroner Alvin Sapp III made the request after an initial search for the victim failed. According to the coroner’s office Ackerman volunteered the services of his cadaver dog for the search. (Robert Esquivel/Herald-Standard)
